Ordering an item from Dry-Cells.com? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping option you choose. For all parts, our turn-around time is usually 1 business day. That is, we ship Monday through Friday, excepting holidays. For kits, we ship as soon as the cells and PWM are manufactured. This is within 1 week.

We recommend that you use US Postal Service Priority Mail for small, light-weight packages. The cost of this service is about 40% of the UPS ground cost, and a much smaller fraction of the UPS expedited services. Despite this your product will arrive in 2-3 business days anywhere in the US. Shipments abroad are similar, in that the cost is usually much less, and the transit time is usually about the same as UPS. Kits should be shipped UPS as it costs less for these heavier packages.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The weights of items can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns

You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by Dry-Cells.com within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Items that have been used, altered, and are not in a condition to be re-sold, do not qualify for a refund.
